From @francesw "can we remove the "access original data" from idr0170 landing page as this data is not on FTP, so the URL is not found anyway? 
it should just have the BioImage Archive link, like for idr0173 below

Handle "archived" images that aren't Zarr-backed (no externalInfo) by showing a "Can't view image" page instead of iviewer.

Also loads the tsv table from IDR/idr.openmicroscopy.org#218 and builds a html table from it.
